I am a licensed Cosmetologist, experienced in the art of textured hair care and luxury extension installation. I have over 10 years+ experience. Paul Mitchell graduate. Current Master trainer of Pressed Roots Plano. Extension policy If you are providing your own hair, wigs etc, it must be brought in a week before scheduled apt, in order to complete customization, cleansing and conditioning. No synthetic, master mix, master blend hair will be accepted for any service, quick weave, ponytails, clip ins etc. If you arrive at your apt with the incorrect hair, hair will be provided for an additional fee, or the appointment will be cancelled and or rescheduled. Late policy Please keep an open line of communication if your are running late, as i do understand things happens. A grace period of 10 minutes is extended to each appointment. After 10 minutes, a $25 late fee will be applied to your remaining balance. Should you running late exceed 25 minutes, your appointment will be cancelled with the opportunity to reschedule. No call no show, will result in not being able to book.

Cancellation Policy

Cancellation/reschedule within 48 hours, no fee with be charged. Cancellation same day or within 24 hrs of your appointment will result in a 50% cancellation fee. No call no show, will not be allowed to book again.
